Erika focuses her practice on personal injury and real estate litigation. Erika was a trial attorney for one of the largest insurance companies in California, and she now devotes her practice to advocating for plaintiffs in property and personal injury claims. Erika is a fierce advocate for her clients, and she commits herself to every case to ensure top compensation from settlement and verdicts.

Erika has litigated hundreds of property and personal injury claims, and brings her wealth of experience to BBLG. Erika is also a native Spanish speaker and is available to assist clients who prefer a Spanish speaking attorney. Erika earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Humanities from the University of Houston, and her Law Degree from John F. Kennedy University, College of Law.
